1. Notice Period

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

 

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $30.

 

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a $30 fee will be charged

 

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that the next client is not delayed. The full service price will still apply.

 

5. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of $30 may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total service cost.

 

6. Emergencies

 We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
